Job Description

KTMC seeks an exceptional Associate Attorney for our Radnor, PA office.  The position offers immediate and direct access to the Firm’s business development partners. 


·       Work among a small team of prestigious attorneys focused on the litigation of complex securities, antitrust, consumer, and fiduciary duty class action matters

·       Assist in the strategic evaluation and development of new litigation matters

·       Advise the Firm’s institutional investor clients—including public pension funds, mutual fund managers, investment advisors, sovereign wealth funds, and hedge funds—on litigation options in the United States and abroad

·        Litigate high profile matters on behalf of the firm’s clients


·        1-4 years of complex litigation experience preferred

·       Must have strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills

·       Must have ability to work independently with minimum oversight

·        Ability to work in a professional manner and manage fast-paced environment with a consistently calm and positive demeanor
