Job Description

The Client Data Quality Manager is responsible for the allocation and prioritization of work among a team of Data Quality Analysts responsible for ongoing transaction data collection for existing clients. They may also assist with client on-boarding activities for new clients. The Manager will create and enhance department procedures and monitoring tools to ensure all work is completed timely and efficiently. The Manager will respond to time-sensitive inquiries from staff, internal sources, and external clients.

Essential Functions / Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all work performed by the Data Quality Team
  • Build successful team by interviewing, hiring, and developing staff, including corrective action when necessary
  • Identify and communicate resource needs to management to perform all tasks timely and accurately
  • Perform both formal and informal performance measurement; provide performance feedback to staff on a continuous basis
  • Allocate/re-allocate work to ensure all work is being completed timely and accurately
  • Understand and communicate changing priorities to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Identify and implement process changes to increase overall efficiency
  • Review and approve staff work as defined by procedures or is otherwise necessary
  • Communicate regularly with manager, peers, and staff to resolve any client data issues
  • Participate as necessary in new/prospective client meetings to communicate data requirements

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, previous experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • Position related experience requirements
    • Minimum of seven years of professional experience; three years of supervisory experience required
    • Financial services experience preferred; project management experience a plus
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to identify and resolve basic and complex issues with data formatting, manipulation, and export/import
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • An inherently logical and intuitive nature
    • A basic understanding of securities investments (stocks, bonds, options) and securities portfolio statements
    • Must be able to work overtime as needed with little to no advance notice
  • Computer skills required:
    • Strong Excel, Adobe, and Explorer, with a desire and ability to learn and adapt to a wide variety of software (custodian bank websites, internal databases and applications)

Job Description

KTMC seeks a Client Service Representative in its Radnor, PA office. The Client Service Representative is responsible for day to day management and support for assigned clients as well as onboarding of new clients.  They are the central point of contact for both incoming and outgoing client inquiries and requests.  They consult with internal colleagues to respond to client inquiries or share relevant client information.  They hold periodic meetings with clients to review service levels and obtain client feedback regarding firm performance relative to service expectations. 

Essential Functions / Position Responsibilities:
-    Serve as point person for all on-boarding activities through completion, convening meetings as necessary and reporting status regularly to both clients, internal teams, and management
-    Create and maintain client profiles containing relevant client contacts, account/fund structure, and processing preferences
-    Create client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide client Reports Cards to both clients and internal teams to self-report on performance relative to the SLA.  
-    Consult with internal colleagues and management regarding unique client situations or requirements
-    Serve as primary point of contact for clients for both incoming and outgoing communications by phone, email, or video meeting.
-    Hold periodic checkpoint meeting with clients, reporting feedback internally
-    Confirm clients’ account/fund lists, wire instructions and other relevant processing details on a periodic basis
-    Suggest process or report enhancements based on client feedback
-    Meet with manager and/or peers as necessary to discuss client issues and resolution

KTMC seeks a Jr. Paralegal for a busy group of Attorneys and Paralegals. Candidates must have a Paralegal Certificate or be in the process of obtaining one. The Jr. Paralegal role is an opportunity for entry level paralegals to be trained by skilled paralegals in complex litigation. 

Responsibilities/Training Areas: 

  • Set up calendars, interface with attorneys, legal assistants and other counsel
  • Handle investigative Internet research 
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of documents including, but not limited to, court pleadings and legal correspondence 
  • Handle trial preparation, as necessary 
  • Draft legal documents and correspondence, and review and check all documents for accuracy and timeliness 
  • Handle Bluebooking, heavy editing and proof-reading 
  • Provides administrative support including typing correspondence, maintaining attorney schedules, and maintaining legal databases. Organizes and maintains legal files and document review projects 
  • Complete discreet research assignments using LEXIS and/or Westlaw 

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, a great attitude, and a hard work ethic are a must 
  • Must be a self starter 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills required 
  • Ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule 
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment 
  • Must be detail-oriented 
  • Must be available for overtime 
  • Knowledge of court rules and deadlines a plus but not required 
  • Ability to work in a professional manner under pressure, and handle difficult situations with a consistently calm, positive demeanor 
  • Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • Must be able to deal with confidential and highly sensitive matters in a consistently discreet and professional manner 
  • Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Experience with legal database software like PACER, the Federal Court filing system, LEXIS and/or Westlaw a plus 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, highly motivated and able to multi task 
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills 
  • Relativity and Document Review a plus 
  • Trial prep experience/exposure preferred
